Matthew Gaeta
Founder | CEO | MLBPA Certified Agent
- At the age of 20, he became one of the youngest individuals to ever pass the MLBPA Agent Certification Exam and, soon after, was granted certification by the MLBPA.
- In 11 years, personally negotiated over nine figures in total player contract value across MLB, MiLB, and Asia (KBO, NPB, CPBL).
- Became one of the youngest agents in MLB history to negotiate both a record-setting:
- MLB Extension: Largest extension for a former Undrafted and Independent League starting pitcher in MLB history — 8 years, $29.75M (up to $54.05M with incentives) — Randy Dobnak (MIN Twins RHP)
- Arbitration Settlement: Highest arbitration settlement for a 1st-year eligible reliever with significant IL time — Nick Anderson (TB Rays RP)

Spenser Watkins
Director of Amateur Scouting & Player Development
- Spenser was drafted in the 30th round of the 2014 MLB Draft by the Detroit Tigers. His Major League Debut was in 2021 with the Baltimore Orioles.
- He pitched for parts of three seasons in the Major Leagues with the Orioles and Athletics, which eventually led him to a contract overseas in Taiwan. Overall, playing for 5 Major League Organizations (Tigers, Orioles, Astros, Athletics, and Nationals).
- During his tenure on the field, Spenser gained vast and valuable amounts of knowledge within the game of baseball that he brings to the table for our clients.
- Spenser resides in Arizona with his wife Brittany and daughter Wrenley. Prior to Spenser’s 12 year Professional career, he played 2 years at the Juco level in Arizona and two years at Division 2 Western Oregon, where he majored in Sports Psychology.
